Dilaudid(HydroMorphoneContin) Cocaine,Marijuana |

I made the decision to shoot up with my girlfriend, who was a longtime dilaudid user, and I was instantly hooked. |

Like most drug addicts, you hit bottom sooner or later. over the course of my addiction I managed to to lose everything, after being on a binge of dilaudid/cocaine for weeks. I was sitting in my girlfriends livingroom at 4am in the morning doing a hit. I looked over at a picture of my kids, who I hadn't seen in 2 yrs, That was when I ask god for help. |

I decided that very day to leave, and get help. It was May 4 2002 I moved back home 1500 miles away, and went to detox on may 9,2002 voluntarily. I was there for three weeks, and then I went to a rehab clinic for three more weeks. I graduated on june 14, 2002. It was the hardest thing I ever did in my life. But it was worth every minute of pain both physical, and menttal. Because today I am clean, and I am enjoying life to fullest with my children, and other family members. I cherish every moment of everyday, and I am so thankful to god everyday, and to all the people that have supported me in my recovery. |
